  • מבנה כותרות ברור ותפריטים עקביים בכל העמודים;
  • אפשרות ניווט באמצעות המקלדת;
  • טקסט חלופי לתמונות;
  • ניגודיות צבעים מספקת וטקסט שאפשר להגדיל בעזרת הגדלת התצוגה בדפדפן;
  • תמיכה בעברית (מימין לשמאל) ובאנגלית;

Buba Pets

Statement last updated: 18 October 2026

At Buba Pets, we want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse and shop on our site easily. We are working to make bubapets.com accessible in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility level

We aim to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. Accessibility work is ongoing, and we keep testing and improving the site.

What we do

We work to make sure the site includes, among other things:

  • a clear heading structure and consistent menus on every page;
  • keyboard navigation;
  • text alternatives for images;
  • sufficient colour contrast and text that can be enlarged with your browser's zoom;
  • support for Hebrew (right to left) and English; and
  • a layout that works on computers, phones and tablets.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, for example third-party components and content, such as payment providers' checkout pages and embedded content. We work to improve these too, as far as they are within our control.

Service and physical accessibility

Buba Pets is an online-only store and has no physical shop or customer reception point. We provide service by email, WhatsApp and phone.
