מדיניות זו חלה על הזמנות בחנות המקוונת Buba Pets (bubapets.com), המופעלת על ידי MASSALHA FZCO. היא חלה על לקוחות בכל המדינות שאליהן אנו שולחים. אם החוק במדינה שלכם מעניק לכם זכויות רחבות יותר, הזכויות האלה יחולו. ללקוחות בישראל חלים חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981, ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע״א-2010.

1. ביטול עסקה תוך 14 יום

אפשר לבטל הזמנה מרגע ביצועה ועד 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שלא נעשה במוצר שימוש והוא מוחזר באריזתו המקורית, עם כל החלקים שהגיעו איתו.

2. איך מבטלים

שלחו לנו הודעת ביטול באחת הדרכים הבאות, וציינו מספר הזמנה, שם מלא ומספר טלפון:

לפני ששולחים מוצר בחזרה, יש לפנות אלינו. נשלח לכם את כתובת ההחזרה ואת ההנחיות. הכתובת הרשומה של החברה אינה כתובת להחזרות.

3. החזר כספי

ההחזר הכספי יבוצע תוך 14 יום מיום קבלת הודעת הביטול, לאמצעי התשלום המקורי (כרטיס אשראי, Apple Pay, Google Pay או PayPal). הזמן שעובר עד שהזיכוי מופיע בחשבון תלוי בחברת האשראי או ב-PayPal.

4. עלויות החזרה ודמי ביטול

  • ביטול מסיבה אישית (למשל שיניתם את דעתכם או שהמידה לא התאימה): עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה עליכם, אלא אם החוק קובע אחרת. מומלץ לשלוח במשלוח עם מספר מעקב.
  • דמי ביטול: אם ייגבו דמי ביטול, הם לא יעלו על מה שהחוק מתיר. ללקוחות בישראל: לא יותר מ-5% ממחיר המוצר או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם.
  • ללא דמי ביטול כאשר הביטול נובע מפגם במוצר, מאי-התאמה לתיאור, מאיחור באספקה או מהפרה אחרת של התחייבויותינו.

5. מוצר פגום, שניזוק במשלוח או שגוי

קיבלתם מוצר פגום, מוצר שניזוק בדרך או מוצר שלא הזמנתם? פנו אלינו תוך 14 יום מיום הקבלה עם מספר ההזמנה ותמונות שמראות את הבעיה. נשלח לכם מוצר חלופי ללא עלות או נחזיר לכם את מלוא הסכום, ואנחנו נשלם על משלוח ההחזרה. נא לשמור את המוצר ואת האריזה עד שנסיים לטפל בפנייה.

6. זכות ביטול מורחבת בישראל

אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק (בן 65 ומעלה) ועולה חדש (עד חמש שנים מיום קבלת המעמד) רשאים לבטל עסקה תוך 4 חודשים מיום ביצועה, בכפוף לתנאים שבחוק. ייתכן שנבקש להציג תעודה מתאימה.

This policy applies to orders placed on the Buba Pets online store (bubapets.com), operated by MASSALHA FZCO. It applies to customers in every country we ship to. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights apply. For customers in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, apply.

1. Cancel within 14 days

You can cancel an order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the item, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all its parts.

2. How to cancel

Send us a cancellation notice in one of these ways, including your order number, full name and phone number:

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will send you the return address and instructions. Our registered company address is not a returns address.

3. Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). How long the refund takes to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or PayPal.

4. Return shipping and cancellation fees

  • Change of mind (for example, you changed your mind or the size didn't fit): you pay the return shipping, unless the law says otherwise. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Cancellation fee: if any cancellation fee is charged, it will never be more than the law allows. For customers in Israel, it is at most 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
  • No cancellation fee if you cancel because the item is faulty, not as described, delivered late, or because we otherwise did not meet our obligations.

5. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with your order number and photos showing the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Please keep the item and its packaging until we have handled your request.

6. Extended cancellation rights in Israel

People with disabilities, senior citizens (aged 65 or over) and new immigrants (within five years of receiving that status) may cancel within 4 months of the transaction, subject to the conditions set by law. We may ask you to show a relevant certificate.
