ביטול עסקה | Cancel an order

אפשר לבטל עסקה מרגע ביצוע ההזמנה ועד 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שלא נעשה במוצר שימוש והוא באריזתו המקורית. ההחזר הכספי יבוצע תוך 14 יום מיום קבלת הודעת הביטול, לאמצעי התשלום המקורי.

איך מבטלים

שלחו לנו הודעת ביטול באחת הדרכים הבאות:

בהודעה יש לציין: מספר הזמנה, שם מלא ומספר טלפון. נאשר לכם שקיבלנו את הודעת הביטול.

החזרת המוצר

לפני ששולחים משהו בחזרה, פנו אלינו ונשלח לכם את כתובת ההחזרה. בביטול מסיבה אישית, עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה עליכם, אלא אם החוק קובע אחרת. אם המוצר פגום, שגוי או אינו תואם לתיאור, אנחנו נשלם על ההחזרה.

דמי ביטול וזכויות לפי החוק

  • ללקוחות בישראל: דמי ביטול, אם ייגבו, לא יעלו על 5% ממחיר המוצר או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם.
  • לא ייגבו דמי ביטול אם הביטול נובע מפגם, מאי-התאמה לתיאור או מאיחור באספקה.
  • אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק ועולה חדש רשאים לבטל תוך 4 חודשים מיום העסקה, בכפוף לתנאים שבחוק.
  • אם החוק במדינה שלכם מעניק זכויות רחבות יותר, הן יחולו.

You can cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive the item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to your original payment method.

How to cancel

Send us a cancellation notice in one of these ways:

Please include your order number, full name and phone number. We will confirm that we have received your cancellation notice.

Returning the item

Before sending anything back, contact us and we will send you the return address. For change-of-mind cancellations, you pay the return shipping, unless the law says otherwise. If the item is faulty, wrong or not as described, we cover the return shipping.

Cancellation fees and your legal rights

  • For customers in Israel: any cancellation fee is at most 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
  • No cancellation fee is charged if you cancel because the item is faulty, not as described or delivered late.
  • People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months of the transaction, subject to the conditions set by law.
  • If the law in your country gives you stronger rights, those apply.
