מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אישי אנחנו אוספים בחנות Buba Pets (bubapets.com), איך אנחנו משתמשים בו ועם מי אנחנו משתפים אותו. החנות מופעלת על ידי MASSALHA FZCO (רישיון מסחר מס׳ 20094), שהיא האחראית על המידע. אנחנו מטפלים במידע בהתאם לדיני הגנת הפרטיות החלים, ובהם חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, בישראל, ותקנות ה-GDPR באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה כשהן חלות.

1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

• פרטי קשר והזמנה: שם, מייל, טלפון, כתובת למשלוח, המוצרים שהזמנתם והיסטוריית ההזמנות.
• פרטי תשלום: התשלומים מעובדים על ידי Shopify Payments ו-PayPal. אנחנו לא רואים ולא שומרים את מספר הכרטיס המלא.
• פניות: מה שאתם שולחים לנו במייל, בטלפון או בוואטסאפ, כולל תמונות.
• מידע טכני וגלישה: כתובת IP, סוג המכשיר והדפדפן והעמודים שבהם צפיתם, שנאספים באמצעות עוגיות (cookies) וטכנולוגיות דומות.
• העדפות שיווק: אם הסכמתם לקבל מאיתנו דיוור ומבצעים.

2. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

• כדי לטפל בהזמנות, לשלוח אותן ולאפשר מעקב;
• כדי לטפל בפניות, בביטולים ובהחזרים כספיים;
• כדי למנוע הונאות ולשמור על אבטחת החנות;
• כדי לעמוד בחובות החוקיות שלנו, למשל בתחום החשבונאות והמס;
• כדי לשלוח לכם דיוור שיווקי, רק אם הסכמתם; וכן
• כדי למדוד ולשפר את האתר ואת הפרסום שלנו, רק אם הסכמתם לעוגיות המתאימות.

אנחנו מסתמכים על ביצוע החוזה איתכם, על הסכמתכם, על חובה חוקית או על אינטרס לגיטימי, כפי שהחוק החל מתיר.

3. עם מי אנחנו משתפים את המידע

אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע האישי שלכם. אנחנו משתפים אותו רק במידה הדרושה, עם:

• Shopify – פלטפורמת החנות והאחסון;
• Shopify Payments ו-PayPal – עיבוד התשלומים;
• הספקים שלנו וחברות השילוח – שם, כתובת, טלפון ותכולת ההזמנה, לצורך המשלוח;
• שותפי ניתוח ופרסום (Meta ו-Google) – באמצעות פיקסלים ועוגיות, רק בהסכמתכם;
• רשויות מוסמכות, כאשר החוק מחייב זאת.

4. העברת מידע מחוץ למדינה שלכם

נותני השירות שלנו פועלים במדינות שונות, כך שהמידע עשוי להיות מעובד מחוץ למדינה שלכם, למשל בשרתים של Shopify ובמחסני הספקים שלנו בסין. אנחנו נוקטים צעדים סבירים כדי שהמידע יקבל הגנה מתאימה, כפי שהחוק דורש.

5. עוגיות (Cookies)

עוגיות חיוניות (למשל לעגלת הקניות ולקופה) פעילות תמיד. עוגיות לניתוח ולפרסום מופעלות רק בהסכמתכם, דרך באנר העוגיות כשהוא מוצג. אפשר גם לחסום עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן, אבל ייתכן שחלק מהאתר לא יעבוד כראוי.

6. דיוור שיווקי

נשלח לכם מבצעים ועדכונים רק אם הסכמתם לכך, בהתאם לחוק (בישראל: סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ״ב-1982). אפשר להסיר את עצמכם מרשימת הדיוור בכל עת, דרך הקישור שבהודעה או בפנייה אלינו.

7. כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים את המידע

אנחנו שומרים את המידע רק כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרות שלמעלה. רשומות הזמנות ותשלומים נשמרות לתקופה שהחוק מחייב. מידע לצורכי דיוור נשמר עד שתסירו את עצמכם מהרשימה או תבקשו למחוק אותו.

8. אבטחת מידע

האתר פועל בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), התשלומים מעובדים אצל ספקי התשלום, והגישה למידע מוגבלת לאנשים שזקוקים לה. אם אתם חושדים שנעשה שימוש לרעה במידע שלכם, פנו אלינו מיד.

9. הזכויות שלכם

בהתאם לחוק החל עליכם, אתם יכולים לבקש:

• לעיין במידע שאנחנו מחזיקים עליכם;
• לתקן מידע שגוי או חסר;
• למחוק את המידע, אלא אם אנחנו חייבים לשמור אותו על פי חוק;
• להתנגד לשימושים מסוימים או להגביל אותם, כולל דיוור ישיר; וכן
• לחזור בכם מהסכמה שנתתם, בכל עת.

כדי לממש את זכויותיכם, כתבו לנו ל-info@bubapets.com. ייתכן שנבקש לאמת את זהותכם. נשיב תוך 30 יום. אם אינכם מרוצים מהתשובה, תוכלו לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות בישראל או לרשות הגנת המידע במדינה שלכם.

10. קטינים

החנות אינה מיועדת לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18, ואנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם. אם נמסר לנו מידע על קטין, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.

11. שינויים במדיניות

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית תמיד מופיעה בעמוד הזה.

This policy explains what personal data we collect on the Buba Pets store (bubapets.com), how we use it and who we share it with. The store is operated by MASSALHA FZCO (Trade License No. 20094), which is the controller of your personal data. We handle your data in line with applicable privacy laws, including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the EU and UK GDPR where they apply.

1. Data we collect

• Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the products you order and your order history.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, including photos.
• Device and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Marketing preferences: whether you agreed to receive offers from us.

2. How we use your data

• to process, ship and track your orders;
• to handle your questions, cancellations and refunds;
• to prevent fraud and keep our store secure;
• to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax;
• to send you marketing, only if you have agreed; and
• to measure and improve our store and our ads, only if you have accepted the relevant cookies.

We rely on performing our contract with you, your consent, our legal obligations or our legitimate interests, as permitted by the applicable law.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed, with:

• Shopify (store platform and hosting);
• Shopify Payments and PayPal (payment processing);
• our suppliers and couriers (name, address, phone number and order contents, to deliver your order);
• analytics and advertising partners (Meta and Google), through pixels and cookies, only with your consent; and
• competent authorities, where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Our service providers operate in different countries, so your data may be processed outside your country, for example on Shopify's servers and at our suppliers' warehouses in China. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data is appropriately protected, as the law requires.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies (for example, for your cart and checkout) are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, through our cookie banner where shown. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work properly.

6. Marketing messages

We send you offers and updates only if you have agreed, as the law requires (in Israel, section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and payment records are kept for the period the law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Security

Our store uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, payments are processed by our payment providers, and access to your data is limited to people who need it. If you think your data has been misused, please contact us right away.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, unless we must keep it by law;
• restrict or object to certain uses, including direct marketing; and
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To make a request, email info@bubapets.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel or to the data protection authority in your country.

10. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
